Rome Zlatan Ibrahimovic proved his usefulness once again, winning AC Milan against Bologna by scoring two goals in the first match of the new season of Italy Serie-A. In the match played on Monday, AC Milan coach Stefano Pioli placed freshman Sandro Tonali on the bench and selected Ibrahimovic and assigned him the responsibility of the attack, according to News Agency.
This player scored in the 11th minute but his shot went out. The 38-year-old scored the first goal in the 34th minute. Theo Hanardez gave Ibrahimovic a cross pass on which the Swedish player scored.
Four minutes after the break AC Milan doubled their lead. AC Milan received a penalty for Ismail Benasser fouling Ricadar Orsolini and Ibrahimovic grabbed the opportunity.
In the 63rd minute, Ibrahimovic had a chance to complete the hat-trick but kept hitting the ball above the bar.
