Although the government is facing opposition from the opposition for conducting NEET-JEE 2020 examination, more than 100 academics from across the country and abroad have supported the examination. Many academics, including a professor at the University of Delhi, JNU, Central University of Kerala, University of California, have written to Prime Minister Narendra Modi to conduct both these exams so that the students do not lose a year. The initiative has been coordinated by a group of academics concerned about the matter.
He wrote, “We members of the academic fraternity fully support the government’s decision to conduct the JEE and NEET exams.”
He wrote, “The dreams and future of our youth and students cannot be compromised at any cost. However, some people are trying to play with the future of our students so that they can further their own political agenda Increase and oppose the government. ”
He further wrote, “We hope and believe strongly that under your able leadership the Central Government will conduct both the examinations successfully and it will secure the future of the students. Also prepared the academic calendar for 2020-21. should go.”
They say they wholeheartedly welcome the government’s move. At the same time, the Supreme Court has also rejected the petition to postpone these examinations, saying that any delay in organizing the examinations will ruin the precious years of the students.
He wrote that “youth and students are the future of the nation. The Kovid-19 epidemic has clouded his career with uncertainty.”
It was also said that there are many apprehensions about admissions and classes, which should be abolished soon.
