Pilots have asked, “When it comes to promotions for themselves or for people in other support departments, an epidemic or a national lockdown also does not stop their enthusiasm. When our salary is exempted immediately by immediate circulars The date is deducted, so why do the same people come to clear our rightful dues or respect our service conditions? ”

He has said, “There has been no increment in Special Pay since 2019. This routine work has never been given priority, as pilots are its main beneficiaries. Also, despite clear instructions from the honorable Supreme Court, 2016 salaries are paid to IPG pilots.” Has been imposed illegally and unilaterally, which has a separate bilateral pay agreement. The pilots are never paid TMU (Temporically Medicare Unfit) insurance compensation on time. Pilots keep running from one department to another with their files . There is always a delay in years. ”
