New Delhi In a recently released book on Shri Ram Janmabhoomi, the events in the year 1949 have been described as the turning point of the Ram temple case. The book was released in Delhi on July 31 by Dattatreya Hosbole, the Union’s Sah Sarkaryavah. A total of 10 pages of information on the correspondence between the then DM and the Government of Uttar Pradesh, from the events of the appearance of the idol in the year 1949 at the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi in Ayodhya is given. This entire development is narrated under the title 1949-The Turning Point.
In the book ‘Ramjanmabhoomi: Truth, Evidence, Faith’ written by Dr. Vinay Nalwa and Arun Anand, director of the Indraprastha Vishwa Samvad Kendra, associated with the RSS, it has been said that since the demolition of the temple in 1528 and replacing it with a mosque. It has been a witness to the Ram Janmabhoomi struggles in Ayodhya, but the Ram Janmabhoomi case took a major turn when the demand for the construction of a huge temple on the Ram Janmabhoomi came up before the UP government in 1949, two years after the independence of the country.
On this letter written on July 20, 1949, on behalf of the devotees, the Uttar Pradesh government sought the reply from the then DM of Faizabad, KKK Nair. The DM then sent a report sent on October 10, 1949, asking Hindus to erect a huge temple on Ramjanmabhoomi. “DM also wrote another letter to the home secretary on December 16, 1949, with a site plan. The letter also stated that the followers of Ramlala himself appeared in the sanctum sanctorum on the night of 22–23 December 1949, while those opposing the Ram temple accused him of deliberately placing the idol. In this case, on December 23, 1949, Sub Inspector Ram Dev Dubey also filed an FIR. When asked by the state government to remove the idols and maintain the status quo, DM Nair said that the removal of idols is not appropriate, and this can lead to violence. The DM refused to remove the idols on December 27, 1949, despite orders from the state government.
The book, released on July 31, states that DM Faizabad, in a letter to the Chief Secretary of Uttar Pradesh on 26 and 27 December 1949, criticized the government for taking extra interest in the matter to remove the idols. She is trying. The DM also said that the administration had no idea of the incident that took place at midnight of 22-23 December.
In a letter dated December 26, 1949, DM Faizabad told then Chief Secretary Bhagwan Sahay that the incident of the idol was related to public sentiments, and any action could provoke sentiments.
There are a total of nine chapters in this book, which contains information on the orders of the Supreme Court for the construction of the temple from Ram and Ramayana last year. This book has been written on the basis of all the evidence and documents related to the temple.
