Lucknow. In Uttar Pradesh, once again full ban has been imposed amidst the fast growing cases of corona infection. Purnabandi will remain in force in the state from 10 pm on July 10 to 5 in the morning of 13 July. During this period, only essential goods shops and hospitals will remain open. The order issued by the state’s chief secretary Rajendra Kumar Tiwari states that this decision has been taken to review the current status of Kovid-19 and to prevent infection of communicable diseases (encephalitis, malaria, dengue and Kalazar).
According to the order, all offices, urban and rural haats, markets, Galla mandi, and commercial establishments in the state will remain closed during this period. At the same time, there will be no restriction on the movement of people working in essential services, corona warriors, sanitation workers and people connected with door step delivery. The movement of trains will continue as before. At the same time, the state government will make arrangements for buses for people coming by rail.
As per the order, all domestic and international air services in Uttar Pradesh will remain unchanged. There will be no restriction on the movement of such passengers.
There will be no restriction on the movement of cargo vehicles. Transportation on national and state routes will continue. Petrol pumps and dhabas located on their banks will remain open.
Officers and employees associated with the three-day cleanliness and sanitization will be free from these restrictions.
The campaign of medical screening and surveillance of all the members living in each household through the Kovid-19 / Communicable Disease Surveillance Team from the Health Department will continue uninterrupted. All industrial factories will remain open.
It may be noted that the government made many concessions in Unlock-1 and 2, since which cases of corona infection have been increasing rapidly. In view of this, the government has decided.
