new Delhi. Congress leader Rahul Gandhi again attacked the central government on Monday for rising fuel prices and also urged people to join the campaign against it. The former Congress president wrote on Twitter, “Come and join the hashtagspeakupagainstfuelhaikkampen.”
He tweeted this when oil marketing companies in the state raised petrol and diesel prices on Monday. Rahul Gandhi has also shared a video in which a person can be heard saying that the government is ‘spraying salt on people’s wounds’, especially at a time when prices are being increased Unemployed or not receiving salary.
As can be heard further in the video, due to tensions and epidemics with China, the Center has left the common man to his situation. For the past 21 days, the country is being looted by increasing the prices of petrol and diesel. The poor and middle class people are helpless. The video shared by Rahul Gandhi urged people to raise their voice against the rising prices, so as to reach the ‘ears of Bahraini government’.
