Muzaffarpur. The case of Yogguru Baba Ramdev’s claim of making corona virus medicine has now reached the court. A complaint has been filed in a Muzaffarpur court in Bihar on Wednesday accusing Baba Ramdev and Acharya Balakrishna of cheating the country in the name of medicine. In the court of Muzaffarpur Chief Judicial Magistrate, a social worker and resident of Bhikhanpura, Tamanna Hashmi, filed a libel letter, accusing Patanjali University and Research Institute convener Swami Ramdev and Patanjali institution chairman Acharya Balakrishna that both of them claimed to have made corona virus medicine Tax country has been deceived.
The complaint stated that Baba Ramdev and Acharya Balkrishna claimed to have invented the drug ‘coronil tablets’ to ward off the corona virus, with the AYUSH ministry questioning it and prohibiting the promotion of the drug.
The complaint letter states that doing so is not only cheating the Ministry of AYUSH under the conspiracy, but also cheating the country. This has put the future of millions of people in danger.
In the complaint, Baba Ramdev and Balakrishna have been charged under Sections 420, 120B, 270, 504/34 of Bhadvi.
Tamanna Hashmi said that the court has fixed the date of June 30 for hearing the case.
