Srinagar. Three Indian nationals were injured in Pakistani shelling near the Line of Control in the Uri sector of Jammu and Kashmir on Saturday. Police sources said three civilians, including a woman, were injured in the shelling from Pakistan in Nambla village of Uri sector.
Sources said, the injured civilians have been admitted to the hospital. Efforts are being made to take the villagers to a safe place to avoid shelling by the enemy.
Pakistan on Saturday unceremoniously fired and opened fire in Karan sector of Kupwara and Haji Pir of Uri sector in Baramulla district, after which the Indian Army also responded in kind.
