Creating history in the Prayagraj Mahakumbh, more than 66 crore devotees took a dip in the holy Sangam. Keeping in mind the faith and religious sentiments of all, the Uttar Pradesh government has taken a big initiative so that no one misses out on taking a dip in the waters of this holy Triveni. For those who could not reach the Mahakumbh due to some reason, a unique opportunity to take a holy dip in the waters of Triveni is also being provided. Under this, the Yogi government is working to deliver the water of Sangam to all the districts of the state. More than 300 vehicles of the fire department have been sent for this.
On the instructions of the Yogi government, Additional Director General of Police of Fire and Emergency Services Padmaja Chauhan has taken charge of it. She has emptied the water of the fire engines that came to the Mahakumbh from 75 districts of the state and filled them with the holy water of Sangam and sent them to all the districts. People who were deprived of coming to the Mahakumbh will be able to take a bath with this holy water. Earlier, more than 90 thousand prisoners and detainees lodged in the jails of the state had got this opportunity.
This unique initiative has started from today
On the instructions of Padmaja Chauhan, Chief Fire Officer Pramod Sharma has been instructed to send water from Sangam to all 75 districts of the state, whose unique initiative has been taken today. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath had instructed that the government will send water from Sangam for those who could not come to take bath in Mahakumbh due to some reasons. As per the wish of the Chief Minister, now the fire and emergency service has filled the water of Sangam in fire engines and sent it to all the districts.
Home delivery of more than 5 lakh liters of holy water

All of them have different water holding capacity, but about 5000 liters of water comes in one fire engine. In such a situation, more than 5 lakh liters of water from Sangam is being sent from here through these fire engines. The district administration will communicate with the public representatives of different districts and make it available to the people who were deprived of coming to Mahakumbh.
