Hyderabad: Rashmika Mandanna is continuously touching the heights of success with blockbuster films such as Animal and Pushpa 2: The Rule. At the same time, the audience is eagerly waiting for her upcoming films. She is currently shooting for Sikandar with Salman Khan which will be released on the occasion of Eid in March 2025. Now recently an accident happened with Rashmika, after which the shooting of her three films including Sikandar has been stopped.
Rashmika got injured
Rashmika Mandanna got injured in the gym due to which the shooting of Sikandar has been stopped for now. A source close to Rashmika Mandanna said, ‘Rashmika was recently injured in the gym and she is recovering from it. Due to this, the shooting of her upcoming films has been temporarily stopped. Nevertheless, she is already feeling much better and will resume work on the set very soon.’
Fans worried
The actress has been advised to take a short break to recover completely upon returning from her packed schedule. Rashmika’s injury has raised concerns among her fans. Rashmika was recently shooting for Salman Khan starrer Sikandar, but the work has now come to a halt due to the injury. Rashmika will resume shooting soon after recovering. The last schedule of Rashmika Mandanna and Salman Khan’s Sikandar is left for shooting.
Rashmika’s upcoming films
Rashmika’s upcoming films include Sikandar directed by AR Murugadoss and produced by Sajid Nadiadwala opposite Salman Khan. The film will star Salman Khan, Kajal Aggarwal, Rashmika, Sathyaraj, Sharman Joshi and Prateik Babbar. Apart from this, Rashmika will be seen in the film ‘The Girlfriend’ directed by Rahul Ravindran. The teaser of the film was recently released by Rashmika’s rumored boyfriend Vijay Deverakonda. Apart from this, she will also be seen in Thaama with Ayushmann and Chava with Vicky Kaushal.
Rashmika Mandanna is currently garnering praise for her performance as Srivalli in Pushpa 2: The Rule. Directed by Sukumar, the film also stars Allu Arjun and Fahadh Faasil and has become the second highest-grossing Indian film after Dangal, beating SS Rajamouli’s Baahubali 2.
