Lucknow. State employees will have to give details of their movable and immovable assets acquired till 31 December 2024 by 31 January. Those who do not register details on the Manav Sampada portal will not get promotion. The facility to register details on the portal will be available from January 1.
The state government has once again made it clear that the promotion of employees who do not give details on the portal will not be considered. At the same time, IAS, IFS and PCS officers will have to give details of property on the Sparrow portal.
In the order sent by Chief Secretary Manoj Kumar Singh to the Additional Chief Secretary, Principal Secretary and Head of Department of all departments, it has been said that the state employees will have to give details of their property by 31 January. Employees who do not do so will not be considered for promotion in the meeting of the Departmental Selection Committee to be held on February 1 and thereafter. Along with this, action will also be taken against the concerned.
Information will start getting updated from January 1, 2025
It is written in the order that the information of the year 2024 on the Manav Sampada portal will start getting updated from January 1, 2025. All the officers and offices have been instructed to get this work completed on time by the employees under them. Disciplinary action will be taken against those employees or officers who will not update it under the Uttar Pradesh Government Servant (Discipline and Appeal) Rules 1999.
IAS-PCS officers will also have to enter the details
At the same time, IAS, IFS and PCS officers will also have to enter the details of the property online on the Sparrow portal by January 31. Principal Secretary Appointment M. Devraj has issued orders for this on Thursday. In the instructions sent to all the departments, he has said that all the officers of Uttar Pradesh Civil Services should enter the details of the property in the prescribed format by January 31. The promotion of officers who do not enter the details of the property will not be considered. Along with this, action will also be taken against such officers.
