According to the information, Gopi alias Vijay Pratap Yadav, a resident of Barwa Kuber Gorsthan village of Kotwali police station area of Deoria, had a dispute with his wife Mamta Yadav over domestic violence. There was a fierce argument in the dispute. Where the dispute between the husband and wife increased to such an extent that Mamta Yadav attacked her own husband with a brick and a sharp weapon. Mamta hit her husband so much that her husband Gopi died.
