A shocking revelation has been made in the murder of a rape victim in Sambhal district of Uttar Pradesh. The police arrested the accused while investigating the case related to this murder. The rape victim was killed by her mother, two brothers and maternal uncle. A case was registered against the rape accused. The rape victim was shot dead. The police has arrested two real brothers and the mother while revealing the murder.
The rape victim was murdered in village Bhamori Patti of Kailadevi police station area of Sambhal. The murderers killed the rape victim by firing bullets at her who was coming with her brother and mother. The brother of the deceased had registered a case against a boy from the village and his maternal uncle who were previously accused of raping his sister. The murder was committed on the night of 18 September.
Mother, brother and maternal uncle committed the murder
The police had taken the accused into custody on the night of the incident itself but they were found innocent in the investigation. The police took the investigation forward with the help of CCTV and surveillance. In which the family members of the rape victim were angry with her conduct. The brothers, mother and maternal uncle of the rape victim conspired to murder her. They called her from Ghaziabad with her mother and one brother and maternal uncle were standing on the way before the village. The other brother kept giving the location of reaching with mother and sister. Near the school, one brother and maternal uncle shot the rape victim dead.
Police recovered the pistol
The police arrested the two accused brothers and mother and recovered the pistol and bike used in the murder from their possession. The SP has given a reward of fifteen thousand rupees to the team that did a good job with the help of CCTV and surveillance in solving the murder case. At the same time, politics was also starting in the district on the rape victim murder case. People were making different kinds of comments, but now when the police has revealed the incident, the murderer turned out to be their own, after which the noise has calmed down.
The murder was planned
Disclosing the incident, Superintendent of Police Krishna Kumar Bishnoi said that in the murder of the girl on September 19, the police have recovered an illegal country-made pistol 32 bore, two live cartridges and a bike from the deceased’s two brothers and mother. He told that Babita, daughter of Pritam Singh, a resident of village Bhamauri Patti, was shot dead near the village while returning from Ghaziabad. Pritam Singh’s son Neeraj had filed a complaint against two persons Rikku and Pappu. After which the police investigated the case and the accused were not found involved in the incident.
