After the elimination of Bahubali and land mafia Atiq Ahmed and his brother Ashraf, the action of Police Commissionerate Prayagraj against their benami properties is continuing. From Prayagraj to Lucknow, Noida and Delhi, the police have come to know about the benami properties of mafia Atiq Ahmed. So far, the police has also confiscated many of these properties under Gangster Act 14 (1).
In this episode, the police is preparing to confiscate another benami property worth crores of Bahubali Atiq Ahmed soon. During the investigation of the Gangster Act case against Bahubali Atiq Ahmed, the police had found a benami property worth eight crores in Meerkhpur Uphaar of Karchana. The police got the land verified from the Revenue Department. The matter was found to be true in the investigation of the police and administration.
Property will be confiscated under Gangster Act
After which DCP City Deepak Bhukar has sent a report to the Police Commissioner Court to confiscate this benami property of Atiq Ahmed under the Gangster Act. According to DCP City, after getting permission from the Police Commissioner Court, attachment action will be taken under Gangster Act 14 (1).
Let us tell you that Atiq Ahmed’s henchmen had got this benami property registered in the name of sweeper Shyam Ji Saroj. Property worth Rs 8 crore was built in the name of sweeper Shyam Ji Saroj. After the death of Atiq and Ashraf, their henchmen were selling this property. Sweeper Shyam Ji Saroj himself has come in front of Atrasuiya police station and revealed the matter. A case has also been registered against four close associates of Atiq on the complaint of victim Shyam Ji Saroj.
FIR against Atiq’s close associates
Atrasuiya police station has registered a case against Atiq’s close associates Javed Khan, Kamran Ahmed, Faraz Ahmed Khan, Shukla ji and unknown. Victim Shyam Ji Saroj is a sweeper and a resident of Korali Nawabganj. According to DCP City Deepak Bhukar, other illegal and benami properties of mafia Atiq Ahmed are also being investigated.
