Major action has been taken in the gang rape case in Bhadarsa, Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh. Bulldozers can be run on the property of accused SP leader Moeed Khan. His lands are being measured. Apart from this, a case has also been registered against the accused’s fellow SP leader and chairman of Nagar Panchayat Bhadarsa Mohammad Rashid, SP leader Jai Singh Rana and another. It is alleged that these people went to the District Women’s Hospital at 11 pm and threatened the victim’s family to settle the matter. Ramsevakdas, a resident of Pipri Bharatkund of Purakalandar police station, has registered the case. The victim minor is admitted in the hospital.
After the mother of the victim minor girl met CM Yogi Adityanath, Purakalandar police station in-charge Ratan Sharma and Bhadarsa outpost in-charge Akhilesh Gupta have been suspended. Action has been taken against both of them for not taking immediate action and delay in registering the case. Apart from this, on August 2, orders were also given to investigate the properties of the main accused Moeed Khan. The Revenue Department has started measuring the land. It is alleged that Moeed has illegally occupied the pond and government land.
This incident of gang rape is from Pura Qalandar police station area of Ayodhya, where after raping a minor, the accused made her obscene video, then blackmailed her for a long time and kept raping her in turns. This matter came to light when the victim became two months pregnant. The victim’s family complained about this matter to the police. But it is alleged that no action was taken initially. Later, when the people of Nishad Party along with Hindu organizations expressed anger, the police arrested SP’s Bhadarsa Nagar President Moeed Khan and Raju, who worked at his bakery. NCPCR has also given notice to the police on this incident.

What is the whole incident?
The 12-year-old victim is the youngest of four sisters. Her father died two years ago. The household is run by the money earned by her mother and sisters as laborers. It is alleged that about two and a half months ago, the victim was returning from the field after working as a laborer. On the way, she met a man named Raju who told her that bakery owner Moeed Khan was calling her. It is alleged that Moeed raped her and Raju made a video of it. Then Raju also raped the girl. For a long time, both of them kept doing dirty things with her by blackmailing her on the basis of the video. The matter came to light when the girl became 2 months pregnant.
