Lucknow. The possibility of the role of the banned organization Popular Front of India (PFI) in the case of making fake birth certificates in Salon, Raebareli has increased the activity of the investigation agencies. The Anti-Terrorist Squad (ATS) has also started investigation in this direction.
A case of making a fake birth certificate of a PFI member resident of Kerala had come to light, after which the ATS has expanded the scope of investigation in other districts as well. Investigation has also been started to find out whether the people who made the fake birth certificates are connected to the syndicate that infiltrates Bangladeshis and Rohingyas.
The ATS had earlier arrested many active members of the infiltration gang. Many of them had also made their base in Deoband (Saharanpur) and Aadhaar cards and other documents were made in their fake names and addresses.
A senior officer says that cases of making other Indian documents through fake birth certificates have come to light. In the investigation of the infiltration syndicate, cases of making passports with the help of fake documents have been caught.
Many facts can come to light after a thorough investigation of the entire matter. Investigation of making Aadhar cards, DL and other documents of infiltrators through fake documents is going on in many districts.
