Vijay’s son was surrounded and beaten up by the goons, mother had pleaded
Vijay Yadav’s younger son Sumit was surrounded and beaten up by the goons on 26 June and his gold chain was looted. Sumit’s mother Rajni Yadav had appealed for help by giving an application to the Police Commissioner. Rajni had told in her complaint that her son makes people from outside visit the temple. Shivam and Shobhit, residents of Sheetla Gali Thana Chowk, hate this act.
Due to this resentment, the accused surrounded son Sumit on 26 June and beat him up and looted his gold chain. They had accused Govind Yadav, resident of Jatanbar, and Shahil Yadav of Padav. Due to this resentment, the accused beat up my son in the Shri Kashi Vishwanath Dham temple premises at 6 pm on 28 June.
It is clear from this that there was already a tension between the parties. The Kotwali and Chowk police could not guess that this dispute would reach this extent. A major incident was averted due to this.
