According to the document obtained by Zapkie Show, these 6 apartments are spread over 4,894 square feet. Abhishek Bachchan has paid Rs 31,498 per square feet for these apartments. According to the document, the sale agreement was signed on May 5, 2024. The first apartment is spread over 1,101 square feet. Its price is Rs 3.42 crore. The second and third apartments are of 252 square feet. Abhishek Bachchan had to pay Rs 79 lakh each for both of them. The fourth apartment is 1,101 square feet. Its price is Rs 3.52 crore. The fifth apartment is spread over 1,094 square feet and its price is Rs 3.39 crore. The price of the 6th apartment is 3.39 crore.
Two hotels of Marriott Group to be built in Sky City
Oberoi Sky City is spread over an area of about 25 acres in Borivali East. There are 8 luxury residential towers and Sky City Mall. Oberoi Realty Chairman and MD Vikas Oberoi told Moneycontrol that his company has signed an agreement with Marriott International. Under this, Marriott Group is going to build two hotels in Sky City. Both these hotels will be ready by 2027-28.

Godrej Industries Chairman Nadir Godrej and his family have bought 3 luxury apartments in JSW Realty’s Ruparel House in Malabar Hill, Mumbai for Rs 180 crore. All three apartments have a sea view. These three apartments are spread over 13,831 square feet. According to the property documents obtained by Zapkey.com, these three apartments were registered on June 12, 2024. Godrej Group’s Nadir Godrej and his family have paid a stamp duty of Rs 10.79 crore to the government as its registry. In this, stamp duty of Rs 3.5 crore each has been paid for all three apartments. These apartments have a total parking space of 12 cars. This has become one of the most expensive property deals in the country.
