Lucknow. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Thursday expressed grief over the bus accident in Jammu and Kashmir and expressed his condolences to the families of the deceased. He has also announced compensation.
The families of the deceased will be given Rs 2 lakh each and the seriously injured will be given Rs 50,000 each. The Chief Minister, calling the incident unfortunate, has directed the officials to remain in touch with the officials of Jammu and Kashmir.
At the same time, the Chief Minister has sent teams of police administration of Mathura, Aligarh and Hathras to Jammu to monitor the relief work.
Yogi wrote on Internet Media X on Thursday, ‘The loss of life in an unfortunate bus accident in Jammu and Kashmir is extremely sad. My condolences to the bereaved people who lost their loved ones in this accident. Senior officials of Uttar Pradesh have been instructed to maintain constant contact with the officials of Jammu and Kashmir. I pray to Lord Shri Ram to give a place to the departed souls in his lotus feet and speedy recovery to the injured.’
