Azimuddin, a resident of Rasra area of Ballia district, died in 1961, while Shoaib died in 2019. After their death, the bodies of both were buried in the cemetery.

Actually, black land business was being done in the name of the deceased in Rasra area. The land was registered by forging the signature of the deceased. A case was registered against the accused under Section 229-B in SDM Rasra Court. Some of them revived the dead on paper by forming a group with the intention of looting and usurping their land. Not only this, a lawyer was also appointed on behalf of the deceased. Buying and selling of land worth lakhs also took place. Later, on the orders of the court, the police of Rasra police station registered an FIR and started investigation.
Police registered a case against the accused
Rasra police has registered a case under sections 419, 20, 67, 68, 71 and 506 against accused Reyaz Ahmed, Faiyaz Ahmed, Mustaq, Mumtaz, Musharraf Jahangir, Saira Banu for attempting to grab land illegally. . A case has been registered against Suman Jaiswal and two unknown people.
