A major incident has come to light in Jaunpur district in UP. Six people lost their lives in a road accident here. The condition of three is said to be serious. After the information, the police reached the spot and took the injured to the hospital. They took possession of the dead body and started investigating the case.
According to the information, this accident happened near Prasad Engineering College, Jaunpur at 3 am on Sunday. In the accident here, 6 people traveling in the Artica car died on the spot. Three people were injured, who have been referred to Varanasi Trauma Center in critical condition after first aid.
All the dead and injured are said to be from Sitamarhi district of Bihar. Police say that the accident took place near Prasad Institute under Gaurabadshahpur police station area of Jaunpur. After receiving the information, the police team reached the spot. The police took stock of the incident and seized the bodies and sent them for post-mortem. Police have seized the truck from the spot and started investigation.
It is being told that at 2:30 am today, the Ertiga car coming from Azamgarh collided with a truck in front of Prasad Engineering College. The collision was so severe that the car was blown to pieces. During this time, four men and two women traveling in the car died on the spot. Three people were taken to the district hospital in critical condition, where after first aid they were referred to Varanasi Trauma Centre. These people were going to Prayagraj from Sitamarhi in Bihar.
