The results of the elections for 10 Rajya Sabha seats in Uttar Pradesh have been released. In this election, BJP has won eight seats and SP has won two seats. In this, SP candidate Jaya Bachchan has got the maximum votes, 41. Along with this, SP’s second candidate Ramji Lal Suman has got 40 votes. Whereas BJP candidate Sanjay Seth has got 29 votes, who won on the basis of second preference.

Except BJP’s Sanjay Seth and RPN Singh, everyone has got 38 votes and RPN Singh has got 37 votes. Six Rajya Sabha candidates obtained 38 votes. BJP’s Amarpal Maurya got 38 votes, Tejveer Singh got 38 votes, Naveen Jain got 38 votes, Sadhna Singh got 38 votes, Dr. Sudhanshu Trivedi got 38 votes and Sangeeta Balwant got 38 votes. A total of six BJP candidates obtained 38 votes. Not a single SP candidate got 39 votes.
BJP supporters raised slogans
Jaya Bachchan stood out in the sense that she received the highest number of votes. SP candidate Jaya Bachchan got 41 votes. The second candidate Ramji Lal Suman also got 40 votes. Slogans were raised in the UP Assembly after the results were announced. BJP supporters raised slogans loudly. SP has won two seats in the Rajya Sabha elections. Jaya Bachchan was declared victorious by getting 41 votes and Ramji Lal Suman by getting 40 votes.
Sanjay Seth had expressed hope
