Kanpur. In the case of kidnapping and inhuman treatment of an MCA student and his companion, some videos have gone viral on the internet media, which show the brutality meted out to the victim. The video confirms the involvement of LIU constable’s son and other accused.
In the video that went viral on Monday, an accused is seen pulling out the nails of victim Ayush Dwivedi and beating him. After the video became popular, people have reacted on the internet media to quickly catch the accused and give them strict punishment. However, Dainik Jagran does not confirm the prevalent video.
On Sunday too, two videos had gone viral, in which the accused were said to have murdered the victim by taking Rs 50,000 from someone while beating him in the car, while in the second video, the accused LIU constable held the victim in his hand and threatened other accused. The future plan seems to be explained.
In the first video, Himanshu Yadav, son of the main accused LIU constable, is talking to his friend and second accused Ayush Mishra on video call and talking about killing Ayush Dwivedi for fifty thousand rupees.
The victim had told that after the assault, Ayush Mishra and Bassaf had also urinated on him. The second video is from three to four hours later, in which LIU constable Dharmendra Yadav is holding the victim by his hand, and the other accused standing there is explaining the further plan to his son Himanshu Yadav alias Sunny and his associates. He is asking to delete the video from the victim’s phone.
The main accused is still away from the police
A reward of Rs 25,000 was announced on the absconding accused and approval was sought from the court for a non-bailable warrant. Even after the video of the incident challenging the police went viral on the internet media, the police has still not been able to arrest the main accused and other accused.
The police have arrested LIU constables Dharmendra Yadav, Ayush Mishra, Nandu Dubey and Bassaf and sent them to jail, while Himanshu Yadav alias Sunny, Rajat, Shubham Sonkar, Rishabh Chauhan and Mohsin Lara are still away from the police.
