Police have declared Shivam Singh and Bablu Yadav, accused in the Kanpur farmer Babu Singh suicide case, as fugitives. Besides, the reward amount on all the absconding accused has been increased from Rs 50 thousand to Rs 1 lakh. A police officer said that the police is busy searching for all the accused. Farmer Babu Singh, resident of Chakeri village, had committed suicide by jumping in front of a train on September 9. He had written a suicide note addressed to the Chief Minister accusing BJP leader Priyaranjan Ashu Diwakar of land grabbing. After this, on the complaint of Babu Singh’s wife, a case was registered against 6 people including BJP leader Priyaranjan Ashu Diwakar.
Attachment order issued against Shivam Singh and Bablu Yadav
In this case, the court had issued attachment order against Shivam Singh and Bablu Yadav. The High Court has also rejected the petition of main accused BJP Priyaranjan Ashu Diwakar. Now the police is preparing to take attachment order against Ashu Diwakar also.
