Ajay, a taxi driver living here, and Julie from Bangladesh became friends through Facebook. Julie came to Ajay’s house with her 11-year-old daughter. She converted to Hinduism leaving Muslim religion and married Ajay. Three months ago, Julie took Ajay with her to Bangladesh. Now Ajay has requested for help by sending photos on WhatsApp in his bloody condition.
Sunita wife Ramchandra, a resident of Bijna village of Bhojpur, lives with her family in a rented house in Gautam Nagar Naya village of Civil Lines. Sunita has two daughters and three sons. Sunita told that elder son Ajay is a taxi driver. Two years ago, through Facebook, he became friends with Julie, a resident of Ghazipur, Bangladesh. Both had taken each other’s mobile numbers. After this both used to talk.
A year ago, Julie had come to Ajay’s house with her 11-year-old daughter. Julie had a passport and a visa. Coming here, Julie left Muslim religion and adopted Hindu religion. After this she married Ajay. Julie stayed here for about fifteen days and she again went to Bangladesh.
After a few days, Julie again came here and started living with Ajay. Sunita told that about three months ago, Julie said that her visa was about to expire. She started talking about going to Bangladesh to extend the visa period. He asked Ajay to drop him till Bangladesh border. After this she will come back after extending the visa period.
Sunita told that after 15 days her son called and said that Julie has brought me to Bangladesh by spending a few rupees at the border. He will come after fifteen days. Since then Ajay has not had any contact with the family. Now he has sent his photos to Ajay from a number there. In which he is seen in a bloody condition. He has pleaded for help.
Sunita has given an application in the SSP office requesting to bring her son back from Bangladesh. SSP has ordered Civil CO Civil Lines and LIU to investigate the entire matter.
