The accused had threatened the girl’s family that he would take your daughter away from the house and throw her into pieces. Frightened by the threat of the young man, the victim’s family lodged a complaint with the local police station. Taking cognizance of the complaint, the police arrested the accused youth.
Actually, a businessman resident of Kidwai Nagar had complained about molestation with his 17-year-old daughter at Naubasta police station on October 16 last month. On the complaint, the police had registered a case against the accused youth Faiz under the Poxo Act. The accused Faiz is a resident of Chamanganj. Angered by the case being filed against him, Faiz reached the girl’s house on November 25 and threatened her.
Police came into action after registering FIR again
Faiz told the family members of the girl that he will kill you people. Also, if you don’t marry your daughter to me, I will take her away from the house and throw her in pieces. Frightened by Faiz’s threat, the family members of the girl once again complained about this at the Naubasta police station. While registering an FIR in the case, the police arrested Faiz on Sunday and sent him to jail.
Faiz was insisting on marrying the girl
If the relatives of the victim girl are to be believed, Faiz used to tease their daughter on the way to school. He tried to pacify Faiz several times, but he became aggressive. Once he had thrashed the girl fiercely on her brother’s opposition. Frightened by this, the family members stopped leaving the house. However, Faiz’s spirits were so high that he came to the house and started insisting on marrying the girl.
Police arrested the accused and sent him to jail
On protest, he threatened to kill. Currently, in view of the circumstances of Shraddha’s case, Naubasta police station arrested Faiz from a park near Chamanganj on Sunday. ACP Abhishek Pandey told that the ruffian who was threatening has been arrested under serious sections and sent to jail. At the same time, the family members of the victim have heaved a sigh of relief.
