Great negligence of Kotwali police
Deoria: The preparations of the police administration for the Durga Puja fair in the city were put on hold. Great negligence of Kotwali police has come to the fore. How did the truck finally reach the Kotwali amidst tight police vigil at all the entrances of the city. Why did no one stop the truck during this? Neither the patrolling of the police nor the activity of the policemen standing at the intersections was visible. As a result, the lives of the two girls ended. Just two days ago, a meeting of the district administration was held regarding road safety, in which police officers were also involved. The Kotwali police is being criticized everywhere.
Crowd in medical college

After this, the people present with the relatives had an argument with the policemen. During this, slogans were raised against the police.

After the accident, the police had to struggle hard to stop the youths who were trying to set the truck on fire. There were three or four policemen left in Kotwali due to duty at the fair. Seeing the furious form of the crowd, some policemen fled the spot and reached Kotwali and started calling for help.
