New Delhi. In the Gyanvapi-Shringar Gauri case, the Supreme Court, while dismissing the petition of the Muslim side, has considered the matter maintainable. The court has rejected the demand of five women to declare the cases filed by them as not maintainable. The next hearing in the case is now scheduled for September 22. The top court has also said that it does not consider the matter to be in violation of the Places of Worship Act 1991, Waqf Act 1995. There is a wave of happiness in the Hindu side with this decision. Meanwhile, people are now eyeing two such new cases, which will be heard today. Let’s know about them…
First- Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi and Shahi Masjid Idgah dispute
Controversy is also deepening in Mathura regarding the birthplace of Lord Krishna and the Shahi Masjid Idgah. Now the review petition related to this dispute will be heard in Mathura court today. Let us inform that in the previous hearing, due to non-availability of a respondent, the hearing was adjourned for today.
Second- Petition seeking permission to worship in Qutub Minar complex
A similar case will be heard in a Delhi court today. The matter is related to the Qutub Minar complex, on which there was a dispute a few months back. A petition filed seeking permission to worship at Qutub Minar is to be heard today. The hearing will be held in Delhi’s Saket court. Mahendra Dhwaja Prasad’s lawyer, who sought to make himself a party, did not appear in the court last time, due to which the hearing will be held once again today.
However, today’s hearing is on a petition in which a person has told the land from Agra to Meerut as the land of his ancestral heritage. That person has also told Qutub Minar as his heritage land.
