Jaunpur. In Jaunpur, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will lay the foundation stone of 90 projects and inaugurate 26 from the venue of Purvanchal University on Friday. In the project to be laid, 14 roads and 76 others are to be constructed, whose total cost is 24191.53 lakhs. At the same time, there are 19 roads and seven other construction projects, whose total cost is 1633.40 lakhs. From the helipad to the venue, in the middle of the meeting place, an exhibition of schemes related to the government will be displayed by various departments. Attractive Rangoli has been made by putting 50 women teachers of Karanjakala at the CM’s venue.
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will be in the district for two hours and twenty five minutes on Friday. The district administration has completed its preparations. On Thursday, Minister of State for Sports and Youth Welfare Girish Chandra Yadav and District Magistrate Manish Kumar Verma took stock of the preparations. He inspected the Medical College, Pachhatia Sewerage Treatment Plant and the public meeting place of Purvanchal University along with the officers of various departments. Police force will be deployed round the clock in the security of the Chief Minister. Its blueprint has been drawn by the security agencies.
The Chief Minister will reach the helipad of Eklavya Stadium of Purvanchal University at 10 am. Where Minister of State Girish Chandra Yadav will be present. After this, Chief Minister Umanath Singh will inspect the Autonomous Medical College and Sewerage Treatment Plant Panchhatia. After this, he will address the public meeting in Purvanchal University. Will leave for Ghazipur at 12.25 am. Interlocking has been done from the helipad to the public meeting place so that there is no problem of water logging in the rainy season. Chairs have been set up in water proof tents to accommodate eight thousand people. There is a seating arrangement for two thousand each in two tents and 3500 people in one. 500 VIPs have been arranged separately. Apart from this, a separate cabin has been made for 40-50 people.
There is also complete arrangement of light, fan and AC at the public meeting place. Only the vehicle of the Chief Minister and the district administration will go in the field. Entry of all other vehicles will be prohibited. On Thursday, the District Magistrate continued to warn the responsible people so that there should not be any problem during the inspection. The preparations continued till late in the medical college, the Chief Minister would first inspect the medical. For this, the medical college administration was busy preparing till late in the night. Apart from dyeing, weaving, cleaning, arrangements were being made in the academic room and even in the OPD. The under-construction area of the college has been covered with a curtain.
The Chief Minister can interact with the students in the Medical College. Preparations were going on for this also. The arrangement of class rooms and labs has been improved. More than 600 sanitation workers of four blocks have been engaged for cleaning, cutting of shrubbery at the Chief Minister’s program site, who are doing cleanliness work within a radius of 10 km. For this, about 600 sanitation workers of Shahganj (Sondhi), Khutahan, Karanjakala and Dharmapur blocks have been engaged. The ballasts lying on the side of the road are also being picked up and sent to other places through tractor trolleys.
Insecticides have been sprayed along the road from Purvanchal University to Pachhatia, the venue of the Chief Minister. The outbreak of dengue is increasing rapidly these days after the global pandemic corona infection. A large number of dengue patients have also been found in the district, whose treatment is going on. In this context, the Chief Medical Officer inspected the venue, after which he held a meeting with the officers and employees of the Health Department. Spraying insecticides, mosquito-borne drugs at places along the road for ten kilometers.
For the security of the Chief Minister, the university campus has been converted into a police camp. IG K. with police officers from different districts. Route will be changed: Trains coming from Prayagraj/Pratapgarh side in Machlishahar from 8.00 am will be diverted from Machhlishahr to Madiyahun road. If any big vehicle comes out of Machhlishahr near the caught Tirahe, then it will be diverted from the caught Tirahe to the highway.
Vehicles coming from Sultanpur Road, which will go towards Azamgarh and Shahganj, will be stopped on Baksha Highway from 8 am till the end of the program.
Large vehicles coming from Shahganj side will be stopped at Shahganj border and small vehicles will be diverted from Koiridiha Tirahe.
All small vehicles coming from Azamgarh Road, big vehicles will be diverted from Prasad College towards Kerakat.
Large vehicles coming from Bhadohi side will be diverted from Madiyahu towards Jalalpur.
