Lucknow. Along with the grand Shri Ram temple under construction in Ayodhya, the exercise to develop the area around the Janmabhoomi has also intensified. The Yogi government is working fast towards making the roads wide, beautiful and convenient for easy access to the birthplace at a cost of about nine billion rupees. For this, Rs 107 crore has been released by the government as the first installment.
Instructions have also been given to the Public Works Department to complete the work within the stipulated time. Additional Chief Secretary Charity Affairs Avnish Kumar Awasthi informed that the total cost of construction of Main Spine Road from Saadatganj to Naya Ghat Marg, whose length is about 12.940 km, is Rs 7.97 billion. Financial approval of one billion rupees has been given as its first installment. At the same time, there is a plan to construct a four-lane road for a total length of 0.566 km to Shri Ram Janmabhoomi via Sugreev Fort of Sahadatganj-Naya Ghat road. An amount of Rs 39.43 crore has been sanctioned for this, out of which Rs 3.98 crore has been released.
Rs. 3.10 crore released for Hanuman Garhi to Janmabhoomi: Administrative and financial approval of Rs.62.78 crore has been given for construction of road from Faizabad-Ayodhya main road to Janmabhoomi via Hanuman Garhi and purchase and rehabilitation of land-building. Out of which Rs 3.10 crore has been released. Let us inform that CM Yogi Adityanath is looking serious to change the face of Ramnagari from his first innings. He also made several visits to Ayodhya in the previous government. Now with the construction of the temple, the Yogi government has prepared a roadmap to change the face of the city.
