Muslim organizations in some districts of Uttar Pradesh created a ruckus after the prayers on Friday last Friday over the protest against the remarks on Prophet Mohammad and the arrest of suspended Nupur Sharma and expelled Naveen Jindal from the BJP. Regarding these incidents, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has instructed the Additional Chief Secretary Home to take strict action.
CM Yogi Adityanath has clarified that no one will be allowed to play with the peace system of the state. Take strict action against such people, who become an example, so that in future no one commits the crime of taking law into their own hands. He has also given instructions not to tease any innocent and not to spare even a single guilty.
CM Yogi Adityanath held a review meeting of the Home Department at the government residence on Sunday. In this, he also reviewed the action taken by the police regarding the recent incidents. CM Yogi has instructed Additional Chief Secretary Home Avnish Kumar Awasthi to take action by identifying every individual in the matter through CCTV and other videos.
He has also instructed to keep constant dialogue with religious leaders, civil society, peace committee. He has directed to investigate the sources of income of the main accused and conspirators, to recover the damages from the concerned accused and take action against the accused under NSA or Gangster Act.
Bulldozer went to the house of the main accused of Prayagraj violence: On Sunday, the bulldozer ran at the house of Javed, the main accused of Prayagraj violence. Prayagraj Development Authority completely destroyed the house of the accused. Javed had not got the map of the house approved from the authority. Earlier, the authority had issued notice to him several times, but he did not appear before the authority. The accused was also issued a notice on Sunday for vacating the house and demolition.

More than three hundred people have been arrested from across the state in this case. In this, 15 people have been arrested in Firozabad, 34 in Ambedkarnagar, 35 in Moradabad, 71 in Saharanpur, 92 in Prayagraj, 51 in Hathras, six in Aligarh and two in Jalaun.
Bulldozer action under these rules
1. Under Section 14A of the UP Gangster Act, illegally acquired property can be confiscation or confiscation.
2. According to the provisions of the Uttar Pradesh Town Planning and Development Act, 1973, the rules regarding order for demolition of the building are mentioned under section 27 of the Act. Where any development has been made in contravention of the Master Plan or Zonal Development Plan or without the permission, approval or sanction specified in section 14 of the Act, the same is ordered by the Authority to be removed or demolished by notice to the owner of the building. If the building owner does not comply with the order within the stipulated time frame, the construction is removed from the authority. In such case the cost of removal (as certified by the Authority) shall be recovered from the landlord as land revenue and no suit shall be filed in the civil court for such recovery.
3. There is a provision in the Uttar Pradesh Public Premises (Eviction from Unauthorized Occupation) Act 1973 to take action against those who illegally occupy public property. According to section 04 (1) of the Act, if the prescribed authority, either on its own motion or on an application or report received from the State Government or a corporate authority, is of the opinion that any person is taking unauthorized occupation of any public premises and should be evicted, the authority shall issue a notice in writing. If any person refuses or fails to comply with an order of eviction under sub-section (1) of section 5, the person may be evicted from the public premises and occupied by the prescribed authority. And for this the necessary force can also be used.
4. There is a provision in section 67 of the Revenue Code to prevent encroachment, illegal occupation or misuse on the land of Gram Panchayat. Under the Act, action for eviction and recovery of damages can be taken from those who are illegally occupying the land of Gram Panchayat or other local body.
5. Tehsildar and Tehsildar (Judicial) have been authorized to work as Assistant Collector under Section-67 of the Uttar Pradesh Revenue Code, 2006. (This change has been made by the present government in 2020) If the person in illegal possession refuses to comply with the order of eviction, the authority may also use force necessary for the purpose.
