Lucknow. Samajwadi Party national president Akhilesh Yadav on Thursday appealed to the minorities to unite and aim for winning maximum number of seats in the 2024 Lok Sabha elections without getting stuck in any agenda of the Bharatiya Janata Party. He said that the SP has always protected the interests of minorities. He also thanked the minority community for voting outright in favor of SP in the 2022 assembly elections.
SP President Akhilesh Yadav said in the national executive meeting of the Samajwadi Minority Assembly at the party headquarters on Thursday that today the country is facing many problems due to the policies of the BJP. The economy of the country has declined. Inequality between the rich and the poor has increased. People are troubled by inflation, corruption. Demonetisation-GST has ruined business. The interests of farmers and youth are being neglected.
SP chief Akhilesh Yadav said that BJP is working on the agenda of spreading hatred and dividing the society. Constitutional institutions are being weakened. RSS people are being placed on important posts. She is engaged in breaking the Ganga Jamuni culture of the country and destroying mutual harmony. Due to these policies, there is a feeling of fear and insecurity in a large section of the country. Samajwadi Party is committed to walk on the path of social harmony and development by taking everyone along.
The meeting was presided over by the National President of Samajwadi Minorities Assembly, Maulana Iqbal Qadri and General Secretary of Operation Mohd. Yameen Khan did it. In this meeting, the speakers praised the leadership of Akhilesh Yadav and assured that the minorities are fully with him and will remain with him. Samajwadi Party will get their support in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections as well. Maulana Irfan-ul-Haq Qadri, Sartaj Chaudhary, Aftab Qureshi, Mohammad Yunus, Sardar Surendra Singh, Daniel Simon, Israr Chaudhary etc. were present in the meeting.
