Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has expected all the selection boards / commissions of the state related to recruitment to take action to provide government jobs to more than 10,000 youths of the state with a target of 100 days. To make the recruitment process fair, transparent, fair and corruption free, special care should be taken in the selection of examination agency and selection of examination centers.
Preference should be given to government schools in the determination of examination centres. The district administration should ensure that no school with any tainted image becomes an examination center. While holding a meeting with the chairpersons of all the selection boards/commissions related to recruitment at his official residence on Friday, Yogi said that the state government is committed to connect the youth with government jobs and provide them employment. The state government has connected 4.5 lakh government jobs to the youth of the state in the last five years.
Now at the beginning of his second term, the Chief Minister has instructed all the selection boards/commissions to fix 100 days, six more annual targets to give government jobs to the youth. The Chief Minister said that all the recruitment examinations related to one session should be completed in the same session. He directed the departments to send the requisitions on time. Also got information about the progress of digitization of requisition system. He said that the rules of reservation should be strictly followed in the recruitment process.
The rules of reservation should be clearly mentioned in the advertisements of recruitment. He directed to implement the recruitment processes as per the recommendations of the Paliwal Committee. Yogi said that the convenience of the candidates should be taken care of in determining the examination center. The verification of the candidates should be completed within the stipulated time. He asked the recruitment organizations to complete the recruitment examinations by communicating and coordinating with the government, concerned department and district administration. Meaningful efforts should also be made to reduce the duration of the recruitment process. He also asked to complete the recruitment process in a simple and time bound manner.
The Chief Minister instructed to make maximum use of technology in the recruitment process. Apart from the members in the interview panel, persons with experience were also asked to be included. He said that the recruitment process of the deceased dependents should be completed in a better and sensitive manner in the stipulated time. The Chairman of the Services Recruitment and Promotion Board was present.
