Lucknow. The trouble of Mukhtar Ansari, who turned white collar from the mafia, is not decreasing. The next hearing of Mukhtar Ansari, who is trapped in the case of construction after capturing enemy property in Dalibagh, Pash area in Lucknow, will be held on April 8 in the MP / MLA Court of Lucknow.
A case was registered against Mukhtar Ansari in Dalibagh, Lucknow in connection with illegal construction by taking possession of enemy property at Hazratganj Kotwali in other sections including fraud, preparation of forged documents and conspiracy. In the same case, Mukhtar Ansari was produced in the court of ACJM III under tight security from Banda Jail.
After the hearing which lasted for about 45 minutes in the court, the judge has given the next date on April 8. After the hearing in the court, mafia don Mukhtar Ansari was again sent to Banda jail by ambulance. Mafia don Mukhtar Ansari was brought to the court of ACJM III in Lucknow on Monday at around 1.30 pm under tight security.
Even before Mukhtar could reach here, heavy police force was deployed around the court for security. Mukhtar Ansari was brought from Banda jail to Lucknow for court appearance on Monday. During this, Mukhtar Ansari’s vehicle got stuck in a jam several times on the way, and in Fatehpur, the Vajra vehicle malfunctioned. Since morning the caravan started from Banda Jail and got stuck in traffic jam several times in the middle of Lucknow. Meanwhile, Mukhtar Ansari’s son has expressed apprehension of something untoward.
The security arrangements were again beefed up before Mukhtar was sent from Lucknow to Banda Jail. The police scot team was also engaged with the Vajra vehicle. All these vehicles had surrounded the ambulance. Mukhtar Ansari was shifted from Rupnagar jail in Punjab to Banda jail on April 7 last year. From Banda today, around 7:30 pm, the police team had reached Lucknow from Rae Bareli and Fatehpur with a thunderbolt and other vehicles.
Case of illegal construction of house by occupying eviction property through forged documents Along with conspiracy, cheating and forgery, a charge sheet was filed against them under Section 3 of the Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act. On August 27, 2020, the FIR of this case was lodged by Lekhpal Surjan Lal in the police station Hazratganj. According to which the accused have illegally constructed a house through forged documents and using their influence on an evacuated land in Jiamau area of the capital. They got this construction done by passing the map under a conspiracy and grabbed the land, causing loss of crores of government property. On Monday, a bail application was also filed on behalf of accused Mukhtar Ansari in this case. The special court has fixed April 2 for hearing on this.
