After SP Patron Mulayam Singh Yadav’s friend Hari Om Yadav joined BJP, now the discussion of his younger daughter-in-law Aparna Yadav joining BJP has intensified. There is also speculation that Aparna may be a BJP candidate from Lucknow’s Cantt assembly constituency. A lot of messages are going viral on the internet media regarding this. Aparna is the wife of Mulayam’s younger son Prateek Yadav.

Aparna Yadav had contested the 2017 Legislative Assembly election from Lucknow’s Cantt area on a Samajwadi Party ticket, but she had to face defeat from BJP candidate Rita Bahuguna Joshi.

Asim Arun will take membership of BJP today: Former IPS officer Asim Arun will take membership of BJP on Sunday. He had also reached the BJP headquarters on Saturday. BJP state president Swatantra Dev Singh will get Aseem to join the party on Sunday. Asim Arun, who was the Police Commissioner of Kanpur, had recently talked about joining the BJP by taking VRS under the Voluntary Retirement Scheme (VRS). He will start his political innings after taking membership of BJP on Sunday. Asim is likely to be made a BJP candidate from the Sadar seat of Kannauj.
