Lucknow. Samajwadi Party President Akhilesh Yadav’s Vijay Rath Yatra to be held in Ghazipur on November 16 has not been allowed. District Magistrate Ghazipur has not given permission for the 16th Vijay Rath Yatra of former Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav from Ghazipur to Azamgarh.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate the Purvanchal Expressway at Sultanpur on 16 November. There is also a touch and go program of about a dozen fighter planes of the Indian Air Force at the venue on the same day. Akhilesh Yadav’s Samajwadi Party Vijay Rath Yatra from Ghazipur to Azamgarh has not been allowed due to tight security on the arrival of PM Narendra Modi. Akhilesh Yadav will address a public meeting in Ghazipur on November 16 along with Suheldev Bharatiya Samaj Party President Omprakash Rajbhar. After this, there was a program to take Samajwadi Party Vijay Rath from Purvanchal Expressway to Azamgarh. Now their program to go from Ghazipur to Azamgarh by chariot has not been allowed.
On 16th in Ghazipur, a public meeting of former Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav and Suheldev Bharatiya Samaj Party President Omprakash Rajbhar is to be held in Bhanwarkol. After this, riding on the victory chariot of the Samajwadi Party, both these leaders had to go to Azamgarh by road. The Rath Yatra was to pass through all the assembly constituencies of Ghazipur and Azamgarh. During this Rath Yatra would also run on Purvanchal Expressway.
Samajwadi Party President Akhilesh Yadav’s PS had sent a letter to the District Magistrate of Ghazipur regarding his program. According to which permission was sought for Akhilesh Yadav on November 16 by private jet from Lucknow to Varanasi and then from Varanasi to Ghazipur by helicopter, holding a public meeting and then taking Vijay Rath Yatra to Azamgarh. The DM of Ghazipur has not given permission for Vijay Rath Yatra.
Samajwadi Party President Akhilesh Yadav had also made a program to show his strength on the day of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s inauguration of Purvanchal Expressway on November 16. Akhilesh Yadav was scheduled to take out the fourth phase of Samajwadi Vijay Yatra till Azamgarh along with Badi near Purvanchal Expressway in Ghazipur. After reaching Varanasi by private airplane on November 16, Akhilesh is scheduled to reach Pakhnapura, Hydaria in Ghazipur by helicopter. After this, the car will address a big public meeting on the farm adjacent to the Purvanchal Expressway.
