In order to get justice for that daughter of India, all the people of India raised their voices from the corner of the country and the world, in which the daughter got justice, but it was late. However, in this case Nirbhaya’s mother had fought a complicated legal battle and seven years after the incident, the poor were sentenced to death. However, we are reminding this matter because Advocate Seema Kushwaha, who got justice for Nirbhaya, has now decided to fight the case of Kanpur’s daughter.
Who is Seema Kushwaha: Advocate Seema Kushwaha is a resident of Uttar Pradesh. He has studied law from Delhi University. The special thing is that the year when the traumatic incident happened with Nirbhaya, Seema was training at that time. As soon as he came to know about this incident of cruelty, he took a bold decision to fight this case without any money. An interesting thing about her is that she wanted to become an IAS officer, but destiny probably had something else in mind.
Gulmohar Apar: This is the case: Dairy businessman Prateek had come home three days ago with a 19-year-old secretary in Gulmohar apartment of Kalyanpur police station area. The girl had died after falling from the balcony of the flat at 6:45 pm. In the case, the elder sister of the deceased girl filed a case against the dairy businessman Prateek under sections of murder, rape and molestation. It was told in the Tahrir that the 19-year-old girl had passed the Inter examination. After losing her job after the Corona crisis, her friend Rekha told her about the vacancy in Model Dairy, Naramau. Interview took place on 18th September and got the job of calling and marketing. On September 20, Prateek took his sister to Gulmahar flat. At around 04:30 in the evening, she started indecent acts, on protest, Prateek threatened to fire her and after raping her sister Prateek threw her from the balcony.
Seema Kushwaha reached Kanpur: Advocate Seema Kushwaha, who had fought Nirbhaya’s case in Delhi, reached the village located in Bilhaur on Thursday evening and met the relatives of the deceased girl. During this, she assured her relatives to fight their case and give strict punishment to the accused. Advocate Seema Kushwaha told that she has come to meet the victim’s family on Thursday after getting information from internet media. She goes there whenever such cases happen anywhere in the country. Significantly, Seema Kushwaha has also taken the case of the victim of Hathras incident.
Gulmohar Apar: Inspector, Inspector and two constables got medical: Police has started preparing to register a case in the case of GT Road jamming and stone pelting in Araul. On Thursday evening, Inspector Anoop Kumar Nigam, constable Rajvardhan and Kakwan police station inspector Sarvendra Kumar and constable Pushpendra Singh got medical done in CHC. Inspector Anoop Kumar Nigam said that people involved in stone pelting are being identified through VDO. More than fifty people have been identified so far. Fifty unidentified people were also involved in the incident. As soon as the identification work is completed, action will be taken by registering a case.
