Mathura. In Mathura, a strange situation arose in the Jatav Mohalla of Mant Raja, when before the rounds, the bride refused to take rounds with the young man sitting as the groom.
The marriage of this girl of Mant Raja was to be completed on Thursday. According to the fixed schedule, the procession reached Mathura late on Thursday evening. The procession was warmly welcomed. The bride and groom were enjoying the wedding ceremony. The people of the girl’s side took care of the processions. Late night the bride garland program also ended. After eating the feast, most of the baraatis also returned. The goods given in dowry also reached Mathura in the night. Following the ethos, the pheras were scheduled in the early hours of Friday. Both sides were busy preparing for the rounds. During this, the bride suddenly refused to take rounds. Everyone was stunned to hear the bride’s order. The girl said that before marriage she was not even shown the photo of the young man. She clearly said that the young man who came to marry her is not worthy of her. The mantle went on for hours but the girl did not budge.
At the same time, after refusing to marry the girl, the matter of not bringing the fixed jewelery by the groom’s side also continued. On Friday, the whole day of panchayats went on but the girl was not ready to marry that young man.
Married to another girl
