Lucknow. The Special Task Force (STF) of the murder of Dr. Ashwani Kumar Bansal, the director of the famous Jeevan Jyoti Hospital in Prayagraj, has claimed to be ruling on Monday. STF says that Alok Sinha and notorious Dilip Mishra had conspired to assassinate Dr. Ashwani Kumar Bansal in Prayagraj Jail. Notorious Akhtar Katra, who was lodged in the same jail, had provided three shooters. STF has arrested a shooter Shoaib from Chinhat Ilke of Lucknow. A reward of 50 thousand rupees was declared on the criminal Shoaib, a resident of Pratapgarh. The STF has also recovered a pistol and cartridge from him.
ADG STF Amitabh Yash said that Alok Sinha and the infamous Dilip Mishra had conspired to kill Dr. Ashwani Kumar Bansal, the director of Jeevan Jyoti Hospital, in Prayagraj Jail. A shooter Yasir has already been killed in a dispute over the amount of betel nut, Maqsood and Shoaib involved in the incident. Alok Sinha grabbed 55 lakh rupees in the name of doctor Bansal’s son Arpit being admitted to Neuro Surgery, while Dileep was in dispute with him over the land.
On the evening of January 12, 2017, the 59-year-old Jeevan Jyoti Hospital director and renowned surgeon Dr. AK Bansal was shot dead by beleaguered miscreants. Entering his chamber, the attacker fired three bullets from the pistol, including two in the head. When Dr. AK Bansal was seeing a patient in a hospital in Rambagh, a shooter wearing pants-shirt and jacket arrived. His partner stayed outside. The shooter, wearing a white muffler, approached and began firing rapidly from the pistol. This caused panic in the hospital. The doctors tried to save AK Bansal a lot, but he died.
