A copy of the order to shift Bahubali Mukhtar Ansari, MLA from Bahujan Samaj Party from Mohammadabad, Mau to Banda Jail, has reached the Special MP MLA Court of Prayagraj. Now Bahubali Mukhtar Ansari, who is lodged in Ropar Jail in Punjab, can be shifted to Uttar Pradesh jail anytime. A formal order to shift Mukhtar Ansari from Ropar in Punjab to Banda District Jail of Uttar Pradesh has reached Special MP MLA Court of Prayagraj.
Mukhtar Ansari is being shifted from Punjab to Uttar Pradesh on the directions of the Supreme Court. The copy of this instruction of the Supreme Court has also reached the District Judge of Prayagraj. A copy of the order has been sent to the judge of the MP MLA court from the district judge’s office.
Special court judges can decide on the basis of this order at any time. Judges can either decide on this in a day or two or wait for Mukhtar to reach Banda jail. Special judges can also seek their opinion from the government lawyer and Mukhtar’s lawyer. Mukhtar Ansari is now more likely to be kept in Prayagraj’s Naini Central Jail.
Mukhtar Ansari is lodged in Ropar Jail in Punjab. Mukhtar Ansari’s wife Afshan Ansari wrote a letter to President Ram Nath Kovind. In this, he urged to order the husband to ensure adequate security for her while bringing her from Punjab to Uttar Pradesh. In a letter to the President, Afshan Ansari said that her husband is an eyewitness in a case in which BJP Legislative Council members Mafia Brijesh Singh and Tribhuvan Singh are accused.
