Nainital: Two parties dispute over ownership of house reached Kotwali in Mallipital area of Nainital. Both the parties have complained against each other and demanded action. Police has taken action against both the parties in breach of peace.
According to the information, Parikshit Bisht, a resident of Garden House, has given a complaint letter in Kotwali saying that Tejendra Bisht’s family lived in his house. Whose room way passes through their house. They live to capture their house the day they arrive. It is alleged that the said people shifted to their house during the lockdown, but on 27 April, Tejendra discreetly tried to enter her house in her absence. Not only this, with the said people abusing her outside the gate of her house, her family started threatening her.
Here the other party has spoken about owning the house. Kotwal Ashok Kumar Singh said that there was a dispute between the two sides in the past about the ownership of the house. During this time the agreement was reached after written apologies between the two. But both sides are often disturbing the peace by creating a dispute in the area. Due to which action has been taken under Section 107,116 of IPC against Tejendra Bisht and Parikshit Bisht, residents of Mallital.
