Kovid-19 has been attacked on the set of the show, which has led to the Kovid-19 test positive of 18 crew members. According to the statement of Federation of Western India Cine Employees (FWICE) Secretary General, Ashok Dubey, 18 crew members had turned out to be Kovid-19 positives before the shoot commenced this week. Madhuri Dixit and other judges are fine. Crew members whose test positives have included set-working, lightsman, camera handler, assistant director, assistant art director, and some contestants. He told that the next shoot of the show is on 5 April, which will be according to the scheduled schedule. The show is judged by Madhuri along with Tusshar Kalia and Dharmesh Yelande, while Raghav Juyal is the host.
According to an India Today report, a Colors spokesperson stated in the statement that some crew members associated with the Dance Deewane show have received a Kovid-19 test positive. He was immediately provided with medical assistance and all are currently in quarantine. All necessary security measures are being followed. The set and surrounding spaces are being sanitized.
The Kovid-19 outbreak continues in the entertainment industry. Recently Ranbir Kapoor, Sanjay Leela Bhansali, Manoj Bajpayee, Karthik Aryan, Satish Kaushik, Aamir Khan, R Madhavan, Fatima Sana Sheikh have been hit by Kovid-19. Ranbir has come out of the quarantine recently by being negative. At the same time, Aamir is still in quarantine. After Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s test came positive, Alia Bhatt also got the test done, which came negative. The same, after Karthik Aryan was positive, all the cast and crew members of Bhool Bhulaiya 2 were tested, which came in negative.
