Balaghat In view of the increase in cases of Kovid-19 in Maharashtra, prohibitory 144 has been imposed in Balaghat district of Madhya Pradesh with the imposition of night curfew. Balaghat is a border district of Maharashtra. Collector and District Magistrate Deepak Arya has issued an order that with the implementation of Section-144 of the Code of Criminal Procedure in the entire district, the night curfew will continue in the district from 10 am to 6 am and without any valid in this period. Traffic of the cause’s public will be completely restricted.
The District Magistrate has asked the public, businessmen and other businessmen to strictly follow social distancing and use of masks for prevention and prevention of corona virus infection. Along with this, before organizing any kind of public event and fair in the district, it has been made mandatory to get the permission of the concerned subdivisional magistrate.
All the SDMs of the district, all the SDOPs, all the Janpad Panchayat CEOs and the chief municipal officers and station in-charge of all the urban bodies have been asked to ensure strict compliance of this order.
