Patna. The BJP and the JDU are agitated after the statement of former Bihar Chief Minister Rabri Devi to consider Nitish Kumar again in the Grand Alliance. Senior BJP leader and Rajya Sabha MP Sushil Kumar Modi has retorted that Lalu Prasad’s party could not stop a dozen MLAs and MLAs from entering the JDU before the Bihar Assembly elections. His impractical promise to give government jobs to 10 lakh people in one stroke was rejected.
He said that some people of the poor, laborers, youth and women, who gave the mandate to the inexperienced dynastic leadership to sit in the opposition, are proving their ‘loyalty’ by making fresh claims of breaking the NDA MLA. There is no political truth in them.
On the statement of Rabri Devi, JDU spokesperson Sanjay Singh also said that RJD is craving for power. He said that the people have given a mandate to sit in the opposition, they should sit in the opposition. He clearly said that the government is not going to move with a million attempts.
JDU state president Vasistha Narayan Singh also termed Rabri Devi’s statement as ridiculous. He said that this is a meaningless statement. It is noteworthy that former Chief Minister Rabdi Devi on Friday, referring to the incident in Arunachal Pradesh, said that BJP can break JDU in Bihar as well.
He said in his own style, BJP does its work inside itself, when everyone does it, then everyone gets to know. In response to the question of Nitish coming back to the Grand Alliance, he said that the party leaders and MLAs will sit and consider it.
