A lawsuit has been registered against four, including Legislative Council member Vishal Singh Chanchal, at the Baragaon police station on the court’s order for fraud, fraud and conspiracy in the name of car repair. Police is investigating the case. MLC Vishal Singh is a dealer of a private vehicle company and has a showroom in Koirajpur.
Pramod Kumar Yadav, a resident of Rampur Foudipur in Bhadohi, alleges that he bought a car worth more than eight lakh rupees from the showroom in March 2016. The showroom was given an additional warranty of two years besides one year but its papers were not found. In a few months, the engine of the car encountered a problem of overheating. When the car was given in the workshop of the showroom, the bill of 13 thousand two hundred rupees was caught despite the warranty period. It is alleged that even after this the problem in the car continued and the bill increased to more than 23 thousand. The victim was told that your bill would be reduced to zero.
Meanwhile, on February 2020, a Steemit of Rs 3 lakh two thousand 69 was made. It was said that his car will cost so much money only then it will be able to be made. Feeling himself deceived, Pramod Kumar complained to the police. With no action taken, he took refuge in the court. Pramod Kumar pleaded for justice under 156 (three) by giving an application to the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate (V) court. On the order of the court, the Baragaon police have registered a case and are involved in the investigation. At the same time, in this case MLC Vishal Chanchal says that the matter belongs to the consumer forum, when the notice comes, I will give a proper answer.
