Katihar. Police are questioning the custody of four foreign nationals from Nagar police station area of Katihar district of Bihar. All of them lived in a rented house here. Katihar Superintendent of Police Vikas Kumar said that four suspected foreign nationals living in a rented house in the Chaudhary locality of the urban area have been detained and are being questioned.
According to sources, the wire of those detained is said to be related to Pakistan and Afghanistan. Sources say that all these people have been living here for the last six months. According to police, foreign currency has also been recovered from them, although police officials are not confirming this.
Here, Katihar Deputy Superintendent of Police Amarkant Jha told that a receipt of some suspicious lane has been received from them, which is being investigated. He, however, has not confirmed the arrest.
The Superintendent of Police said that the documents related to his arrival and stay in India are also being investigated. He said that the police is trying to check their contact with other local people. Information has also been given to other investigating agencies.
