Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, who went to visit Kedarnath and Badrinath on the auspicious occasion of Deepawali, ended an old dispute with Uttarakhand Chief Minister Trivendra Singh Rawat. Along with this, new arrangements have also been made for the facilities of devotees of UP going to Uttarakhand. The dispute over the years old Alkhananda guest house has been agreed to build a new guest house there.
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath reached Uttarakhand from Gorakhpur on Sunday. Visited at Kedarnath there. After this, he had a darshan at Badrinath on Monday. A spokesman of the state government said that during this time the dispute between the Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand government in the Supreme Court over the Alkhananda guest house in Haridwar has ended after the initiative of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath.
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has told that the Alkhananda guest house built in Haridwar of Uttar Pradesh government will be handed over to Uttarakhand government. There was a dispute between the two governments over this for years. Another guest house will be built by the Uttar Pradesh government there. This will provide great relief to the pilgrims going to Haridwar. It will be ready before the upcoming Kumbh.
Apart from this, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has also given a gift to the devotees who go to Badrinath Darshan. A tourist accommodation will soon be built there for the devotees. For this, the Uttarakhand government has been talked to. The foundation stone of tourist accommodation will also be soon. The Chief Minister has assured to build a guest house in Haridwar by December. Apart from this, any dispute between the two governments will be resolved by negotiation.
Yogi and Trivandra stuck in Kedarnath for eight hours: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and Uttarakhand Chief Minister Trivendra Singh Rawat were stuck for eight hours due to the heavy snowfall in Kedarnath. The snowfall, which started at 4 am in Dham, continued till four in the evening. After 12 hours when the snow stopped, the helicopter flew to Gauchar in Chamoli district at 5 pm. After a night’s rest at Gauchar, the two leaders will go to Badrinath on Tuesday. Yogi Adityanath and Trivendra Singh Rawat reached Kedarnath on Sunday.
