new Delhi. India has once again asked China to faithfully follow agreements and protocols for peace restoration in border areas. Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Anurag Shrivastava said that the recent meeting between senior commanders of India and China had shown commitment from both sides to ease tensions on LAC. As such, we expect the Chinese side to sincerely comply with agreements and protocols and ensure peace-building efforts in the border areas.
Let me tell you that in the talks held at the level of military officials in the past, India made it clear that China will have to withdraw its troops from LAC as part of confidence-building measures to end the deadlock. If sources are to be believed, both sides agree to continue the dialogue at the military and diplomatic levels, despite both sides increasing their deployment of troops and weapons on the front fronts of Ladakh. However, India is not in any mood to take any risk in the Galvan Valley. India has also sent special naval patrol boats to Ladakh in the Pangog Tso Lake area, besides increasing the deployment of the army.
In the case of banning Chinese apps, Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Anurag Srivastava said that foreign tech companies have to comply with the rule laws issued by the concerned ministries and departments while operating in India. These rules are related to data security and privacy of common people. The government has taken action only on flaws in compliance with these matters.
Recently, India had given a big shock to China by banning 59 apps including TikTok. It was stated by the Ministry of Information Technology of India that these posed a threat to India’s sovereignty and integrity, India’s defense, the security of the state and public order. A report by the Chinese newspaper Global Times said that China may suffer a huge loss of at least $ 6 billion due to the ban of 59 Chinese apps, including TikTok, by the Indian government.
Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Anurag Srivastava also dismissed Pakistan’s allegations that he had stated India’s conspiracy behind the terror attack in Karachi. The Ministry of External Affairs has conveyed to Pakistan in clear words that it cannot blame India for its domestic problems. Let me tell you that 11 people including four terrorists were killed in the terror attack on the stock exchange in Karachi in the past. On this, Pakistani Prime Minister Imran Khan said that India has carried out this attack.
