Prayagraj. With the release of the result of UP Board High School and Intermediate Examination-2025, for the first time, the mark sheet / certificate will be issued on DigiLocker. Board Secretary Bhagwati Singh has completed the preparations for this.
It will be verified as well as digitally signed. QR code has been used in this. Earlier, with the announcement of the exam result, the candidates used to know the subject wise marks, but that mark sheet / certificate could not be used anywhere.
The board took a big initiative for the first time
Offline mark sheets will be made available later through schools as before. It is the era of technology, so Board Secretary Bhagwati Singh has taken this big initiative to provide mark sheets / certificates on DigiLocker. The mark sheet available on DigiLocker will have the complete details of the candidates along with the subject wise marks, which is mentioned in the mark sheet / certificate received offline. With this, the candidates will not have to wait to get the mark sheet from the school.
You will be able to show the mark sheet available on DigiLocker to take admission anywhere
Candidates will be able to make good use of the mark sheet available on DigiLocker to take admission or apply anywhere. This mark sheet will be for all the candidates appearing in the examination, whether they pass or fail. If the mark sheet is attached anywhere, the concerned department or institute will be able to do online verification if required.
High school students will also be able to download it from DigiLocker by entering their roll number and date of birth. Apart from this, intermediate students will have to enter their mother’s name along with their roll number to view and download the mark sheet available on DigiLocker. It will be without design.
This time the mark sheet will be different, there will be many security features
This time the mark sheet/certificate which is to be made available to the students offline, its size and shape will be changed. It is being prepared on non-tearable paper in A-4 size. It cannot be torn. It will not tear even if it gets wet in water. Even termites will not be able to destroy this mark sheet. Many features are being added for security purposes.
Micro letters will be used in the background. The watermark used in it will be visible through ultraviolet rays (UV rays). This mark sheet will be an anti-copy design. If its colour photocopy is made, the design will not appear in it.
The monogram used by Uttar Pradesh Board of Secondary Education will not be visible in the shade, whereas it will be visible in sunlight. Apart from this, some more features are being used. Due to this, the preparation of fake mark sheets will be curbed.
