Ryan International School, Greater Noida, hosted a grand celebration on April 22nd to mark Earth Day 2025 alongside its much-awaited Annual Awards Ceremony — a confluence of environmental consciousness and academic excellence of students from classes 6 – 9 and class 11 over the past academic year. The guests of Honour for the day were Mr. Byju Kurian – a seasoned development Sector professional, Mr. Keshav Sikdar – CSR Executive at Bisleri International Ltd., Srishti Gupta – Country Head, Business & Finance at Eshco International and Aishwarya Unnikrishnan, a highly accomplished professional..The Ceremony was attended by the parents, and esteemed members of the community, who gathered to honour the hard work and dedication of the school’s brightest minds.
The day began on a reverent note with a Prayer Ceremony and Guest Felicitation, setting the tone for a meaningful and inspiring event. A special Tree Plantation Drive followed, symbolizing the school’s enduring commitment to sustainability and environmental stewardship. Students, teachers, and guests enthusiastically participated, planting saplings as a pledge to protect and nurture the Earth.
The school then honoured its young achievers in the Annual Awards Ceremony, recognizing excellence across academics and co-curricular domains. Students from Classes 6 to 11 were felicitated with Certificates of Excellence, in Academics, Sports,Leadership,Student of the year,Aspiring Author,Confident Speaker, Super Scientist,Technology Wiz,Maths Master,Amazing Artist,Rising star award for singing,star performer for Dance, Music master and perfect Attendance , Scholar’s Ties, and the prestigious Ryan Prince and Princess titles — celebrating their dedication, discipline, and all-round development.
The most important highlights of the event was the presentation of the school’s top honour, The RYAN PRINCE & PRINCESS, which is given to the student who has demonstrated exceptional academic achievement, leadership, and community involvement. Students were felicitated with Scholar’s Tie for their Academic Excellence scoring 90% and above.Their hard work and sincerity towards academics made them stand ahead and mark their place, ANAY SINGH – 98.6%, VYOMINI UPADHYAYA – 98%, RIYA SINGH – 97.8%, TOSHANI CHAUDHARY – 97.4%, ADVIK KUMAR – 92.9% respectively.
The event was further enriched by two powerful student performances: “A Chorus of Change for a Sustainable Future” by Classes 6 and 7 — a musical presentation emphasizing ecological awareness and climate action. “In Harmony with Nature” by Classes 9 to 12 — a soulful performance reflecting humanity’s relationship with nature and the urgent call for sustainability.
Ms Sudha Singh, School Principal congratulated the students for their hard work, dedication, and a commitment to excellence which can truly make a difference in the world.The ceremony concluded with a heartfelt Vote of Thanks, followed by the School Anthem and National Anthem, wrapping up a day filled with inspiration, pride, and purpose as the institution continues to empower students to become future-ready leaders — not only excelling in academics but also championing the cause of a cleaner, greener tomorrow.
